STLF-NA-TRD-REQ-5800 The SMS shall be the only element in the SatLife system that can change the

OBP configuration.

STLF-NA-TRD-REQ-5810 The SMS shall assign the PIDs, the network identifiers and the population

identifiers to the MSs to deploy the service (the groupId/logonId range can be

reused because the tables of each MS uses a different PID).

STLF-NA-TRD-REQ-5820 The SMS shall generate one PAT per INAP, each one with a different

transport stream identifier. The INAPs shall give the information needed by

the SMS to create them (the mean is out of scope of the project).

There shall be one descriptor per INAP with a population identifier unique in

STLF-NA-TRD-REQ-5850 The only TDT, TOT, TCT, FCT, SCT and SPT present in the SatLife system

shall be the ones generated by the SMS.

TCT, FCT, SCT and SPT.

STLF-NA-TRD-REQ-5880 The SMS shall be configured with the transport streams identifiers and the

downlinks of the NCC used by each MSs .

STLF-NA-TRD-REQ-5890 No connection shall be allowed between terminals belonging to different

INAPs. In fact this should not be possible as the terminals belonging to an

INAP is not known in the other INAPs.

the resources statically assigned to it by the SMS.
