 File containing a video component compliant with 14496-10 standard in

raw byte or MPEG2 Transport Stream.

 Raw byte file shall contain data in NAL units preceded by a start code

prefix (compliant with 14496-10 Annnex B).

 Expected Rate: CBR, between 1 and 2 Mbits (it will be communicated by

GUI or additional file).

 Frames: I, P .

 Progressive video (interlaced not supported).

 Video component: YUV 4:2:0.

 GOP every second (around each 24/25 frames).

 I frame = IDR frame (Intra / Instantaneous Decoder reference).

 SPS/PPS before IDR (Sequence Parameter Set / Picture Parameter Set).

 Audio: Dolby AC3, MPEG Layer II, AAC (HE-AAC not supported).

 Profiles: Main Profile, all levels
