STLF-NA-TRD-REQ-4360 The MS shall filter these PIDs so that the tables can be received on the NCC

through the NCC RCST. There are some special selection for the VSP_PID:

 If the VSP_PID is zero the MS shall not filter this PID and therefore this

feature shall be disabled (this can be the case where there is only one VSP

and it is not necessary to pass the tables through the MS).

 The NCC shall not allow the allocation of a PID for the VSP already

reserved for other purposes. If this happens it shall raise an alarm or inform

the operator.
