multicast shall be unique in the SatLife system, not only in the VSN. There

shall be a MMT per VPN in the system.

STLF-NA-TRD-REQ-3380 If a terminal not belonging to a VPN requests a multicast connection the MS

shall publish this connection in all the MMTs of that VSN. Therefore a

terminal in a VPN will see this data.

between VSNs and extended to VPNs.
